I joined mostly for the loyalty rewards, but my points never really update right after I ordered a few times. I message support and they was just giving me vague answers, not really fixing anything. it feel like more hassle than it’s worth.

I felt a bit misled by the ads. The product looked a lot better in the photos, especially the small details they highlighted, but in person it just didn’t seem the same.

I took a look at goalphalabs.com and my overall feeling is that it doesn’t come across as shady, but it also didn’t fully win me over. The site itself looks decent and nothing immediately raised a major red flag, but the tone and overall presentation felt a little light on trust-building details. I’d feel better if there were more reviews, clearer company info, or stronger signs that other people have had good experiences with them. For now, I’d say it might be fine, but I’d still be a bit cautious.

The service itself was fine, and I didn’t have any major issues while using it. That said, canceling took longer than I expected. It wasn’t impossible, but the steps weren’t very clear and it got a bit frustrating. I feel like the whole process could be made a lot simpler.

The labels and FAQ could be a lot clearer about allergens and possible cross-contact. In the end, I just didn’t feel comfortable placing an order.

They make it sound like your data is handled carefully, but when I tried to find clear details about what they collect and how it’s actually used, it felt vague and frustrating. If a site promises transparency, I shouldn’t have to dig around just to understand basic privacy and security stuff.
Maybe everything is fine behind the scenes, but it didn’t come across that way to me. I didn’t feel safe entering my details, so I left the site and won’t be using it...
